Monkeydoo poor customer service
Poor customer service, doesn't reply when written to. In fact their email address of pranker@monkeydoo.com doesn't even exist at all. When you write to this email address your mail is returned to you as this is not a valid address at all. Makes a person think what they have to hide or what they are doing illegal. I don't recommend this site at all and feel this is a very poor site. This should be taken off the web immediately.
pranker@monkeydoo.com is a real email and users are responded to, although those that are banned from prankdial rarely get a response because of the volume of emails.

If you can't respond to those that get banned , would like to have clarification then you are still providing very poor customer service. I am sure you would be upset if you went to a restaurant, don't like the food or the service. You would at least expect and would like to have good customer service. Good customer service is what makes your company grow,bad service will only give you a bad name.
